Setting the highly ambitious and unique benchmark, Cabresto starts at 2500 elevation in the Tequilera region of Los Altos De Jalisco in the highland region of Arandas ( Jalisco where sun, earth and knowledge yield the finest "pinas" on earth). Through a process of dedicated craftsmanship and 100% blue agave (hand selected for their high sugar yield) each batch is carefully processed to strict code and distilled in limited batches using the "Process Originale". Cabresto Tequila represents the new standard in ultra premium sipping tequila.

Cabresto Agave Fields

The Process

  • All of our agave is grown on our property in the highlands ...which is rich w volcanic soil..

  • Agave plants are hand picked by the Silverio Lopez himself..

  • Distilery is in Atotonilco el Alto Jalisco. (highlands)

  • Our agave plants are baked 50% autoclave and 50% brickovens

  • Fermentation is with natural yeast

  • Tequila is distilled twice , each time in a different still

  • Reposado is aged 6 - 7 months in new american oak whiskey barrels
